I had a fabulous room! Really big with a massive and very comfy bed, and a large bath in the bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a lovely atmosphere in the pub and the spacious car park was great.

Near a field which had a cricket game ongoing. Good parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Room good size and comfortable.
When I had inadvertently missed Sunday meal as closes 6 pm I was offered another simple meal which was very welcome.

Generally, everything is good. Facilities reached expectations. Staffs are ok, only one male staff at reception is really doing his job with hospitality. unluck it was too hot, and the room was quite muggy.

This hotel is for corporate conferences and all the amenities are geared to that, I stayed in the Horsely Towers part which is a quite a walk from the main building or in the rain you would need to drive up there. Reception and restaurant are all down with the main hotel, so if you want convenience of walking into a hotel and no hassle, thats not the case here. The Towers bedroom is lovely, but its a pain having to take your car in bad weather to the restaurant and back up to the room after. Beware the front entrance, it is frequently washed and wet on slippery tiles.

Although it says Leatherhead, i did not go near there.
Although it says Leatherhead, i did not go near there. I was in Horsley and walked as far as Polesden Lacey, also went twice to the Grange Park Opera (the purpose of my visit). Having lived in Leatherhead for two years in the late 1990s, i had no interest in going to that town and being on public transport during a weekend limited how far I could travel anyway.
There are many National trust properties nearby and lovely walks in the Surrey Hills.
If i had stayed longer, i might have gone to visit Denbighs Vineyard again as it is over 25 years since I was last there.

Good location to relaxing and taking stock of your life and good get away from noise a but from the city life,
Liked the area and would like to visit again if possible but the only set back for us was the bathroom was outdated, room 38 bathroom was not nice at all with chipped bath sink.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the surroundings peaceful and attractive, the pool is a real asset and was one of my reasons for choosing this accommodation. To have a hotel with decent food and a pool within commuting distance of Central London for what I paid is outstanding value.
We had a tasty buffet breakfast which offered plenty of choice, our shower was lovely (good pressure), all staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the seating areas located around the hotel and the hot drinks machines (including fresh fruit and biscuits) were a nice touch.
We have stayed her before it is a large 'conference' style hotel but very reasonable for the London area. Lovely historical site which you can explore or the neighbouring woodland. The bar is modern and airy such a wide choice of breakfast including great gluten free options.
Swimming pool was very nice and good gym. Lots of parking, stayed in the new section of the hotel and it could do with some fresh paint on the walls.
Evening meal and breakfast were both good however could do with the heat lamps turning up on the breakfast counter.
It's a lovely and spacious apartment, well appointment and worked very well for the 10 days with 4 adults. It's got a great view, near the station and the mall and was perfect as a base. We got a lot of information and it was easy to get hold of them
